Ingredients:

  • Meadowsweet tea
  • Orange juice
  • Sea Buckthorn syrup
  • Peach

  • Goji berries
  • Hemp protein

  • Apple juice
  • Orange juice

  • Spirulina
  • Cedar nuts
  • Hemp Protein

Red

  • Apple juice
  • Banana
  • Cherries

  • Lemon peel
  • Hemp protein

Hemp Baguette

Preparing Dough:

Mix flour, sugar, salt, bread yeast powder and hemp protein in a bowl. Mix warm water with olive oil and add to flour mixture. Mix dough for up to 10 min. Leave in a warm place for 40 min. with a towel over the bowl.

Bread baking: 

Take the dough and divide in 2 parts. Make two baguettes. Put on a floured baking pan, cut the top part of the baguette. Throw a bit of flour on top of each baguette and leave for another 20 min. Bake baguettes in the oven for 2 min. with steam in 220°C, for 2 min. without steam in 220°C and finally for 20 min. in 180°C.

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour: 440 g
  • warm water: 230 ml
  • salt 8 g
  • sugar 10 g
  • olive oil 20 ml
  • hemp protein 100 g
  • bread yeast powder 1 pk

 
Goat Cheese Salad with Hemp Seeds

Marinated beetroots:

Slice beetroot in large pieces. Mix ingredients of marinade and boil. Boiled marinade pour over beetroot and continue to boil untill beetroot is medium soft. Leave for 3 hours.

Preparing Salad:

Slice goat cheese in large chunks. Mix salad with hempseeds in honey and hemp seed oil, add salt and black pepper to taste. Serve on plate and top with hemp oil. Kad visas sastāvdaļas pagatavotas, tās izkārtojiet uz šķīvja un pirms pasniegšanas nedaudz pārlejiet ar kaņepju eļļu.

  • goat cheese :80-100 g
  • marinated beetroot: 100 g
    • For marinade:
    • water: 1 l
    • vinegar: 80 g
    • sugar: 50 g
    • salt: 10 g
    • 3 laurel leaves
  • Salad mix (eruca, salad, beet leaves) 100 g
  • hemp seeds
  • honey 1 tsp. 
  • hemp seed oil 4 tbsp.

 

 

 

 


Salad with Hemp Seeds

Preparing Salad:

Serve salad and vegetables on a plate and top with salad dressing. Add cheese in slices or large chunks. Sprinkle with hulled or roasted hemp seeds.
